RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Purki Jewels, we take pride in the quality of our imitation jewellery. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice)
Items that are damaged due to misuse, or that show signs of wear, will not be accepted for return.
Exchanges We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. If you wish to exchange an item for a different design or variant, please contact us at hello@purkijewels.com with your order details and the item you'd like in exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items purchased during sale or promotional offers
- Customised or made-to-order jewellery
- Items without original packaging or tags
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Email us at hello@purkijewels.com within 7 days of receiving your order
- Include your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photos of the item
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
